What is Indie Eastside? Indie Eastside is a pop-up market on Shop Small Saturday (November 24, 2018) hosted in No Tox Life’s 2300-sq ft studio. We are featuring local handmade vendors, indie brands, food trucks, and music! Glassell Park has a thriving artist population and neighboring Highland Park, Atwater Village, Frogtown and Silverlake are already well-known as hubs of artistic expression – we are bringing together the locals for a celebration of community, craft and creative spirit.
When: November 24, 2018 11am-4pm
Where: No Tox Life Studio 3351 Fletcher Dr. Glassell Park, CA 90065 RSVP here!
Is there an entry fee? No, but we request you RSVP to guarantee entry, which includes a complimentary vegan swag bag for the first 150 RSVPs that check in at the event, so get there early! We expect 1,000+ people throughout the day, so please RSVP.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is free street parking in the area – it is a residential and industrial neighborhood, so on the weekends some parking on the main street (Fletcher) is more available. We also recommend parking more towards Eagle Rock Boulevard (towards the freeway). You might have to walk a couple blocks. 1,000 people are expected to attend, so we also recommend taking Uber, Lyft or riding a bike if you would prefer not to find parking.
Here is a suggested parking map – there is a ton of free street parking but you might need to walk a block or two from your car!
Will all the vendors be vegan? We cannot guarantee that the vendors themselves will be vegan, but the products they will be selling will be.
Are kids allowed? Yes, of course.
Are pets allowed? Yes, no problem! Well-behaved pets are welcome to come with you. Please consider the other guests’ safety and comfort, so no long leashes or tangled-up legs, okay? If you can carry your pet in a purse or bag, even better.
